Anyone know anything that you can do?
I've heard drinking 'dandelion and burdock,' eating honey wearing sunglasses and curling up in a ball and dying.
I'm taking tablets, nasal spray, eye-drops and waiting for the injection in my arse

I heard snorting raw pollen will cure it.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

found that the tesco tablet work just aswell as the more expensive brands. I tend to have one before I leave the house... prevent better than cure

lol In medical literature, theres much made of the sucess of allergen desensitisation.
So actually, your answer not a millions miles from reasonable!
For interest, they do this not infrequently for people with occupational allergies. E.g. Vets allergic to cat/dog hair etc get courses of stimulus/desensitisation therapy.

I wasn't taking the piss!
I've grown up on a farm and nearly very one I know who lives on a farm doesn't suffer from hayfever.
It is a towny illness.
I think my exposure to it means I don't get hayfever

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyposensitization
Quite a good wiki article explaining Immunotherapies.
N.B. This is quite limited on the NHS and would be a quite a late resort in most NHS trusts.

I find the likes or Piriton and all the other expensive brands are just as good as the cheap versions in boots or superdrug, there is one in particular called "Dr Reddy's" from Superdrug which takes effect quickly and doesn't make me sleepy.

make sure you take a tablet or two (one in morning and the other when you usually suffer most), doctor advised me to do this as it helps build up the 'fighting thingy ma jigs' in your body.
i reckon im gonna go get a stab in my arse, i usually suffer really bad. just sneezing atm!
