get on the jubilee line west bound from canary wharf tube.....options are
get off baker st 10 stops for madam tussauds approx £25 entrance and london zoo approx £18.50 entrance
bond street 9 stops stroll along oxford or bond street shopping then a short walk from oxford st/tottenham court road junc to the british museum which is free entry
westminster 7 stops to see house's of parliament westminster abbey buckingham palace (changing of the guard 11/11.30 daily )
waterloo 6 stops london eye £17.00 and london aquarium approx £14
london bridge 5 stops london dungeon approx £17 short walk along tooley st to tower bridge then north side of thames to the tower of london approx £16
try to buy tickets on line as you get discount

i go alot, and i have never, ever feared for my life.
Maidenhead/slough are far more dangerous
London is steeped in architecture and history, its modern, ancient and there is SO much to do.
Plus if your in the city and you have a comfy pair of shoes and a map you can walk to most of it. If not you can jump on the tube

Never been to London. However my grans originally from Isle of Dogs Greater London..............near where the dome is now I believe.
She says that once the nazi's left the blacks arived & after being robbed several times she moved to scotland as its too cold up here for them

You're better drinking around London Bridge then jumping the tube down to the O2. The O2 is in the in the middle of no where.
