Well ive posted up here before but i culdnt find the post. ive not got really a project thread but i do have pics of how the corsa has been before and wen it sarted so here it goes.
I bought this car from auction a 1.2 16v corsa breeze
then after a wile i bought some cheap alloys and some other little bits
then had the alloys powder coated white put 40mml springs on and a bonnet bra, spoiler, irmy grill and a laguna front splitter
then had abit of a crash woopsy but fixed it with the help of my dad and brother
then after the crash i buckled the rim so i needed a new set but cuz im only on a part time job i had to do things on the cheap. so i decided to buy a set of astra rims of my mate for £20 and refurb them myself matt black and orange.
so them i decided to have a orange and blue checker roof
O and forgot the chalkboard bonnet that get lots of attention
then went to the fast show at santa pod with my car club i rin with my brother and this is what it looked liked
then after gettin a full time job i decided i loved havin big fat chinky white rims so bought a new set of rims pulled the check roof off and put it back how it used to be
also some other pics of mods ive done to the engine bay and the inside
powder coated rocker cover
full vibe sound system and dvd head unit
opel badges all round evan on the steerin wheel centre
de wipered
de ariel
not many future plans cuz im now savin up for a lupo sport but if did anything just get lowerd abit more and if i really can be botherd a blue and white check roof but thts about it.

yeh i know wat u mean looked at ur thread earlier and wuldnt mind ur rims but gunna same all the money now for a lupo cuz i want some atc cups or classics for it

Were they "depo" headlights in the first place, or Valeo's?

On the glass it will either say "valeo" or "depo" though. Which were they?

Theres your problem, extremly hard to split Valeo's, need the Depo ones to split them.

I really liked it witht he first white wheels, bra and grill.
Not too sure on what went on after but now your returning it back to how it used to be i think its looking nice again.
Think it would look better without the black bonnet and all the stickers as Im not really into that but each to there own.

them stupid name stickers have cam off dont have any stickers anymore. as for the bonnet its sumit different but as u say each to there own. thanks for the comment

fair enough mate, why not get some for the corsa, i was thinkin cups for mine at one point, but these came along cheap as chips untill i can get hold of a nicer set of euro rims. realy want split rims in all fairness.
and as for the d.i.y depos, valeos can be done, i have
but you need alot of patience, and bit of cash for the scrappers. i cracked two lenses  lol

Right bit of a BIG update. After getting a full time job at a Vodafone store i am now earning enough cash to spend on the car wich is good. things are happening pretty quick firlty ive lowerd it 80ml now the back seats and trim is all out full roll cage going into place. got my self some depo headlights, also have had my white rims powder coated black and the roof and bonnet painted gloss black and also some gsi front brakes. its all being done before the fast show 2010 wich will be nice. im toying to do something very different with the engine i have a friend who is a French expert and deals alot with clio's he said that with abit of bespoke building he cold get a clio 172 engine to fit my corsa wich would be very fast. ideas to what people think of the engine and as soon as i got time ill take pics and upload them.

all i didn was took the ariel out from under the roof so took the roof lining out and then out a rubber bung in.
MAJOR PROBLEM PLEASE HELP
im having some problems with the car. sounds like the tappets have gone but ive put a new set in and still the same had a new chain and tensioner aswell and then still the same pump new oil pump and still the same changed the oil and filter and stil the same i deffo know its not the little ends as it sounds from the but after a close inspection sounds like the injectors are loud aswell but also when car get abit warm after a 30 mins drive the oil light comes on but only when in idle as soon as i drive the oil light goes off ive had a new oil pressure sensor made it ok but then after driving for3 hours the noise came back im just wondering if i bought a dodgey oil pressure sensor please can some one helo im stuck for things to do now

my engines always been rattly but recently my injectors sound really funny 
but my cars always been ticking its a 1.2 16v

so been doing alot of work on my corsa recently ill let the pics do the talking

Black Bonnet
Depo Headlights
Drums Before
Drum After
Calipers After Paint
Opc Badge
Rocker Cover
Then Car Went On A Diet
Then Pic Of The Roof After A Polish And The Reflection
The reason why its on axle stands is because im having the alloys painted black should be getting them back in he morning and then gotta fit a roll cage and then find a 1.6 engine and get that in so hopefully that will be in soon

If its ticking, I would hazard a guess at the manifold being cracked, had the same problem with my 12v, as soon as it warmed up the crack would open and it would make a ticking noise.

Injectors do tick but shouldnt get worse when warm, might be worth having a look for any cracks in the manifold, mine was at the back (the side facing the block) found it when I burnt my finger from escaping gases.
