No, a fail is when you balls something up by accident and it has big consequences.

That is just someone who doesn't know about computers.

I think the fail on two counts is firstly for trying to mock him and failing and secondly for even being involved in shouting 'fail' at the earliest opportunity because it's currently trendy to do so.

You'll get more internet points off me for just telling him what to do with his pics.
