Teams of the same calibre as Andorra, Belarus, Khazakstan etc... should all play in a mini league with a certain amount of teams from the mini league then being entered into the European section of the qualifiers, I've just watched 90 mins of England being given false hopes of being world beaters, just because they licked a poor pub team full of accountants and travel agents.

puts it into perspective when probably thier best player plays 4th tier Spanish football. 
But yeah; agree on a mini league/ pre qualification before the main group stage.

Me & my mate said that while watching it, what a total waste of time tonights game was, it could have been 10 if England had have taken thier chances.
