Thats shocking btw!! If that was a prem team buying a player for £80 million then he would be moaning!! The price is shocking but you can't moan when a prem team spends lots and not moan when Madrid spend a fortune!!

At least City should have the capital to actually pay for transfers, from what i can tell with Madrid they don't, but are allowed anyway
