which 1 of these are better on a c16xe and which gives more power etc? also whats the prices on each of these?

lexmaul are rare as far as i know...
manzel are also rare
d-bilas is meant to be the best

but you can get mantzel inlet copys off here which are just as good

erm off the top of my head i think the d-bilas is like 10-12 bhp

not worth the money, save up for a redtop if u want power mate

they will all give you power, the difference is in how its delivered i believe

my old car had a home made kit from a guy on here and acouple of other things and i got 130bhp for not much money. good peices of kit if you plan on doing further mods.

if u want a highly tuned 1600 get some throttle bodies mate, not a mantzel

i think warren did a quick review on these and said, with a 421, decat and stainless system the lexmaul wasnt much better than the standard inlet. I got a lexmaul from germany and it made a noticable difference but i only had a filter and backbox

yea thats on the wishlist just not yet lol. ive already got a 4-1 ,straight through exhaust to the backbox, chipped ecu, k&n cone, f15 turbo-deisel gearbox and a 3layer cometic head gasket. what do u recommend next then?

dunno, never looked into cams myself but you will be looking in and around £500 plus the remap, alot of money when as stated before you can just get an XE. Throttle bodies will be over a grand aswell. unless you are serious about doing a highly tuned 1.6 there is no point.

i can get a set of twin 40's off a redtop 4 £120 im sure if i could buy the manifold injectors etc 2 fit my car and that will give me about the same gains as tb's. what u fink?

If you can get twin 40's to work well on the X16XE then go for it! Will be much more hassle, but less expensive than tb's.

same thing, just change the lower inlet to a x16 rather than your c16
