the whole hassle of selling stuff on the internet is becoming not worth it. people who enquire about stuff never ever really seem to want it unless they can get the item for free and you will deliver it for free. time wasters most people. i often think they send you a message just to talk to someone.

which is totally fair. if theyre not happy about it, ask them to arrange the collection/postage themselves. if they dont get back to you, then clearly they were time wasters and were not actually interested in the item at all. only wanted to chat to someone.

The suspension firms on ebay obviously make savings on their postage due to how much they use the delivery couriers but people expect to pay the same as they charge. £30 is a very fair charge IMO

You could ask knock off nigel to deliver it for you in his rusted H reg Merc van, might get there ok............. but its only £15

Id rather keep myself safe and go with main stream delivery companies, up to the buyer if they want to buy the item and pay the costs or just arrange their own courier at sellers convenience.
