Just randomly went to shops wanting to buy something to eat..

as i was walking towards the entrance of shop i saw a woman talking to a man in his old 214 rover. he put a scratch on her '08 plate ford focus. she said what are you going to do about it, and all he said was "Nothing"...

i am sure that he might not even be insured to drive that bucket... its something like k plate, bold tyres (very bold, not "on the limit") so isnt MOT worthy...

How the fuck he has the guts to say "nothing" when he was caught doing it! Poor woman with her Focus, really feel sorry for her! I really hope he is insured and gets done for not giving his details as he just drove off!

police won't do anything is he is insured by the way. some woman hit me, then drove off. had to get her details from dvla and pay a few quid.

police said because she is tax and insured and there are no witnesses that they wouldn't be able to prosecute.

i parked at furthest point from shop entrance in asda, completely empty row, came back to my car with some swamp donkeys RV parked NEXT to my car in an empty row. Found a ding on my car luckily he didnt hit it hard enough to dent. Just to mark, tcut out.

surely if she called her insurance companyand they make a claim from his insurance company he could be done for not reporting an accident withing 24 hours? 5 to 10 points iirc.
