I want to try and eliminate understeer on my corsa as one of the last mods.
Current spec is:
lowered all round on 60mm gmax springs and dampers
goodyear eagle f1's all round 45
rear arb through the beam
front arb ( diametre unknown but its a standard sxi one)
The car does handle great imo for a corsa, but what else can be done.
Everyone has different ways which is confusing

Have a proper setup done with a much better suspension.
The way the Corsa is designed is to make it oversteer to be on the safe side.

surely if u had a rear arb and lifted off in the corner would help but be quick as it may catch you out
i've heard left foot braking may help too

Unless your using it for track, stick with your understeer!!!
Nothing worse than a twitchy road car you are using every day! My S14a was a day to day car and was proper oversteery, caught me out so many times! My TVR was worse BUT it was a weekend toy so when it got driven I was focussed!!!

Stiffer rear springs, softer front springs, adjustable top mounts with a smaller castor angle, more front camber (depends how much the car rolls).

Try and save some weight on the front end.
I'm sure that 1.8 is a heavy lump.

Tie Bar spacers.. had them on my corsa - they were ace..
also consider adjustable top mounts, dial in a little more negative camber

Get a car with independant rear suspension. Handles so much better.

swap the pressures to abput 32 front 30 rear on those 45 profiles. then you want to stiffen the rear end up but it will become more tail happy. i set of 2 1/4" motorsport springs should fit in the back i recon.
