Dan, it works for some people and others claim it does sweet FA.

Personally, it made me feel sick, bloated me, but i put a bit of bulk on with it. My gains levelled (sp) off after about a month though.

Oh and prepare to be pissing every 5mins! It's worse than a night out after breaking the seal.........

You got the powder or the capsules?

CEE is supposedly easier to digest/absorb than Creatine Monohydrate, and it all depends on which one you can take and not feel sick.

I can't take the normal monohydrate as it makes me sick as i have a weak stomach, where as CEE I can take fine and its just the same as normal creatine mono. Infact some people argue CEE is better, but its also more expensive.

Try a cycle of both (1 at a time obviously) and see how you feel on it.

I used creatine a while ago, the powder form but I didn't notice a difference to be honest.

Iv tried it once and, well i didnt really notice a difference

then i stopped taking it and iv noticed, well i lack strength without it and couldnt really push as much

Back on it now, PHD monohydrate, 5g in with a protein shake or a glass of juice every other day. you need to do a loading dose to start with though, and you may need to increase your water intake
