i have tried to get on a web site but all i am getting is this

now i have asked 2 other people to try the link to it and 1 of them got onto the web site but the other got the same message as me, why is this??

Basically the reason it wasn't working was because the website was loading from your local website cache on your machine, not the websites actual server. I presume you'd looked at this link before the site itself was launched?

Holding ctrl and pressing F5 means it refreshes the website from the website server that it's hosted on, and you're then currently seeing the most up to date version of the website.

Or they've recently moved hosts (servers) and your ISP hasn't yet updated it's DNS cache yet - takes anything up to 24 hours to propagate around the Internet.

F5 doesn't do the same as Ctrl+F5
