In a country plagued by widespread insecurity and organised criminality, the rich face constant threats of murder and kidnap. Underpaid and often corrupt police forces can no longer cope. Since the state is failing to protect its citizens, Mexicans must find a way to do it themselves. 'In time, every one will need their own personal protection' says one designer. Yeah i know shoot them in the face, but its not designed to stop high velocity rounds like a sniper rifle, so i dont think it would matter anyway where you shot them tbh.

Some go for the body as its an easier target to hit. In shooter and vatage point they were in the body , i think anyway
