Its a metal thing that all the coolant pipes seem to be attached to.
A small L piece coming off it has cracked,

therefore need to replace.

But I dont know what its called to buy the part lol

Take the picture further out? My mate has an mr2 turbo and is popping round pretty soon

At a guess, overflow for thermostat?

looks like an overflow, Either way it's attached to you're themostate, it's coolant related.
