Our primera caught on fire yesterday and its a right off.
We are claiming on insurance but just relised the car is in my name on the V5 but the missus is insured on it with me as a named driver.
Will this cause a problem with the claim?
Thanks Rob

usually when taking cover out it asks who the registered owner of the vehicle is...
if you put your missus it might be a problem

Don't worry about it,
Usually if the find discrepencies they will call you to amend them
Not all Insurance companies are the hitlers they are made out to be,

the missus has to call them tommorow when she's found the docs.
I was gonna get her to just say shes found the reg doc but its got my name on as i brought the car from the garage but it was a car for her.
Sound plausable?
