As above.
Early XE with the big cylinder type ICV.

How does it fit and where?
What pipes are needed and stuff?

There's stuff there, but nothing looks big enough for the ICV or anything and its confusing me!

Cheers

sits under the inlet manifold between bottom of the manifold and block. one small pipe goes to the inlet manifold at the very bottom (facing the block), the other needs a pipe going up to the sfi box/powercap/ecotec pipe/what have you.

Oh so that bit that looks like a water pipe channel on the bottom of the inlet manifold, is for a tiny bit of rubber pipe to go into the ICV...

Does it matter which hole on the ICV?

And does it matter where / What way up i put it so as not to obstruct the Water hoses etc?

The hole off the side of the cylinder is the short pipe. the one on the end is the one going to the top box. the cylinder should be horizontal alongside the main waterpipe on the back of the block

Yeah - Just under the top of the inlet manifold, pointing towards the block is 5 little hoses...

Then there's the 2 little ones on the back of the rocker cover to the left... there's so many little hoses - Its doing my nut! lol..

There's a four-way hose you need, that goes between the header tank, inlet manifold, rocker cover and throttle body. That will take care of some of them. After that you need a breather from the rocker cover to the throttle body (with a one-way valve) then the rest are easy
