I've tried getting quotes from certain websites but nobody will quote me. All i get is a message that tells me to ring them

Basically i'm 19, 20 in august, no NCB, no claims or convictions, held license for 2 years, car is garaged, and i live in Milton Keynes. How much roughly will it cost me to get insured on an 02reg Lupo GTi fully comp or third party fire and theft??? They r group eleven. Am i looking at £2k+??
