Lovely colour

I would ditch the 16v badge and sort out the rust on the bonnet.

I would personally get rid of the k&n filter if you mean the 57i kit and get a standard airbox, de restrict it and add a performance panel filter, from experience with my old 1.4 sport it pulled alot better and still had the same sound.

Lots you could do to it but as you say nothing major will be happening, but the de-badged grill is a good start, lower it and some nice 15" Vauxhall rims would be a good start, everyone does it but its a safe option.

Have a look around, plenty of things can be done

Good base mate, would personally remove the 16v badge. You will get alot of ideas by looking through other projects, nice wheels and lowered and your onto a winner! New grill will look smart, what about a set of depos to finish the front off? Tom

To remove the badge get something to heat it up, such as a hot air gun or hair dryer, so it heats up the glue.
If not just use a credit card or abit of string ideally when you have heated the glue, if not just use a card and it should come off that way without damageing the paint.

You could just touch up the rust on the bonnet with one of them pens but normally sticks out like a saw thumb, if i was you i would just keep an eye out for another bonnet int he same colour, ebay, here or local scrappers would be your best bet.

Cant really see the pictures as im on my phone. But how i removed the badger this time round was with water. Boil the kettle and pour it on then gently see if it comes off. May take a few attempts but dont rush, take your time and it will be all good.

Not a big fan of induction kits Tom, as mentioned a de-restricted airbox with a performance filter would be great.

I see what you was saying about the rusty bonnet now, really need sorting!
And also as aforementioned the 16v badge needs to come off.
