hi ive got a 2litre 8v, running standard injectors and pistons now, basically driving along car will get sluggish and cut out. it will start up again couple minutes later, idle was sluggish changed over icv, cleaned the throttle body as it was a tad oily, when it was going to cut out again, i noticed the fuel gauge slowly dropping down then it would cut out again. theres no eml light coming on.

im thinking that kind of lines possible injector, or fuel pump

true yea will check it tomorow morning see if its just in the rain then it would suggest its earthing out due to the water getting on the loom some how, other than that its a fueling problem i thinik going to try fuel pump first

its not fuel pressure regulator, swapped that over still doing it, so im now thinking possible fuel pump fault?

unscrew the valve cap on the fuel rail and press the valve, if fuel shoots out you got fuel pressure, watch ure face tho lol

doesnt have one, i dont think its an 8v not 16v
