CCTV now released. I hope they send the cnut down and never let him play for England again. Isn't that what Capello said all that time ago about the players image ?!

There is the corsadee I know. The guy didnt do it...

Firstly he was arrested for assault. The police took witness statements and took a look at the CCTV and reduced this to affray (a minor charge, basically says he acted in a threatening way). So they've already basically admited that he didnt touch the guy - if they thought he had, even the slightest touch, then he be up for assault.

The CCTV is shocking in itself, cant see a thing other than one guy get elbowed.

No, the guy who got elbowed is the one who is pressing the charges. A guy who was in the group with Gerrard has admited to being the guy who elbowed him (and its obvious that guy wasnt Gerrard anyway).

The whole opening statement from the prosecution lawyer just shouldnt of been allowed tbh, as what he is making out is not affray its assualt - and the CPS have already decided that Gerrard does not have any assault charges to answer for.

Not really, if Terry hadnt done it I wouldnt be saying he had at all - especially if I knew the facts of it all.

So he isnt going to buy his way out then, he is simply getting the best services he can legally buy and they'll do the best service they can legally provide and either get him found guilty or not.
