got bit of rust on my boot door, i want to get rid of it before i put my boot panel on. anyone got any tips? its bubbled up, i used this rust removel and a wire brush like it says on the bottle, nothings happend? i was thinking of hammering it with a hammer and screwdriver, is this a good idea?

Yes needs to be ground down to bare metal so no rust is in sight to stop it coming back, then treated and primered/painted. A dremel is good for small jobs with a grinding stone, but a larger one will be needed if its anything bigger than an inch or so.

sand blaster  
gets rid of all teh rust where it has pitted, just doing it too mine round windscreen as its out.
