The only car related puchases I regret are when I was young and foolish and I spent 1000's on stereo system bits.

My outgoings on cars in general. It's like an addiction, but I wouldn't want to spend my money on anything else as it makes me happiest tbh.

Biggest waste of money = errrrr, none really, I really enjoyed spending all my money on the corsa.
What I didn't enjoy was getting to the end, and the life being cut short because the electrics wanted to play "who can spark alight first"
Errrrrrrrr, probably paying for all my ICE Equipment to be repaired after it all blew up. Only for it not to work properly again. Still, sold the lot on

i'd say paying for the car is the biggest waste of money for me
just isn't worth it when i could be saving for a house deposit instead.
NEEDS to go.

It also depends on your definition of waste.
My entire corsa was a "waste" of money. £20k on a corsa that didn't work
But it wasn't a "waste" of money as I enjoy a few superb social life years, got to do things I wouldn't have done, I got to play in cars a lot, and its all becuase my little car got me so involved. So yes it was a waste of money, but overal, it wasn't a waste as I got so much back, that wasn't material item.

Pretty much the same as Daimo. Spent shit loads on my black corsa and ive lost a lot on it and im doing the same again on my green one fully knowing that i wont see any of it back, so in most peoples eyes it looks like a waste.
But if i hadn't have modified my black one i wouldn't have met half the friends that i have now. I never for one minute regret it, I've had some fantastic experiences because of it.

I always bought bis cheap off ebay or from the scrappers for my speight of modifying. Probably the biggest waste was buying my number plate, all the other costs attached get annoying.
