As ste's starting a new trend of posting new flats up, I thought i'd post mine up.

For the whole place mate, rates will be ontop of that though. So ~£600per month.
Second room will be used for an office / study / pull-out couch bed I think.

525 is good for that, especially if you were sharing with a mate! Seen mates of mine paying not much less for total hell holes.

I used to pay £450 with a mate locally and that flat was shite, 1 bathroom, smallish bedrooms, and a small kitchen lounge.
Live and learn I guess.

£525 is cheap as well, i'm moving in to a flat on Saturday which is quite a bit smaller and thats £550
