If you don't mind me asking, how much was it worth when you got it (you got it free tho iirc?) and how much now? Oh, how much did you spend too (I know you've saved a lot on labour).

I was offered £12,000 for it in the condition it was when I got it!
I've spent around £3,000 on it
I've got it insured for £30,000 at the moment......but will be getting it valued in the near future.
