Ipswich will not go up.....anyone do do half decent with a yoyo club trying to get them back up..... if he managed West Brom, Brum, etc (i.e. the teams that are always up and down) he will always do well.

Taking on an ok Championship side he won't see promotion this year, maybe in another couple at best
