If you can unclip them do it that way if not, then you will have to mask it all off

Think they unclip. Not really my worry, its just that they have a reflective chrome finish.
Could i just rub down 400, 600, 800, 1200, 1500 w&d ?

Its only chrome effect on plastic I would imagine.. Wet flat 600 gritt, prime, wet flat 800, base coat..
