I own a corsa sport 1.6, not long bought the car and the electric window on the passenger side only comes down less than half way. if you hold the switch down it sound as if it loses power and nothing happens. how do i fix it?

Happens to my drivers one but thats because my window mechanism is bent.
Does it judder when you put it back up to?
Take the door cards off and remove a bit of the sound stuff if you have any and have a look at the mechanism when it moves and see if it is bent.

Mine used to do that.
WD40 fixed it. Just pop the straw down the rubber and let rip.
Windows toook some cleaning afterwards
