Ok im going to set up my fuel system exactly like this:
Ok my swirl pot has 4 pipes out of it, 1 on the top, 2 on side at top and 1 on side at the bottom.
As the diagram shows all 4 will be used, Inlet and Outlet for fuel to injectors, and Inlet and Outlet for return to tank.
This means i wont have a breather? Right? Does that not matter?

the over flow to the tank, then you have a breather from the tank

Thanks Mark,
So on the swirl pot, the top outlet is the overflow to tank. And can go anywhere on the tank other than the breather and main bottom outlet.

std injection tank already kinda has a swirl pot in it. i cant say ive ever noticed a problem with the std tank with an in tank pump as yet, apart from i now need more fuel, ie add another pump inline is the plan.
