iv got a lightweight dry cell battery i need to charge, do i have to trickle charge it to get it back up to full power or can i charge it on 'high'

the only thing iv found online is something regarding gell cell batteries duno if mines one of them

its an Enersys ODYSSEY PC 680

it says on there i can fast charge it to 95% full power in 20mins
