After a few mates recommending it, ive just bought some.

I have a VERY physical job and i eat lots of carbs and protein, so figured these would help a bit too.

Any got any input to this?

not really any side effects, some people claim it works and they can lift more , some people will tell you they do nothing and its just in the mind. make your own choice.

youd be wasting your money to take creatine because you have a phyiscally active job.

you need to do your homework, see what it does and see if its for you...i think you will come to the conclusion you dont need it for work.

Your muscles are already saturated with creatine, it then is only utilised when your muscles are worked hard and amino acids reak down the creatine to help repair muscle fibres.

Excess creatine does nothing, more of a placebo than anything. Whey protein shakes and BCCA tabs would be a much better option if you dont want to try steroids. However a physical job wont be enough to warrant any of those really.
