ok when i start it in the morning it runs relly bad very lumpy and splutters loads and stinks like its over fueling but then as soon as its a little hot its fine after 2 or 3 mins running ive already changed the afm coolent temp sensor and have a adjustable fpr witch is set up dead on and have no ider what it could be eny one got eny idears ??

Mine used to do this and I thought it was due to a blowing exhaust not sure tho seems to have stopped when I sorted it, just say it's cammed up ha!

no if you fit cams, without a map, it'll run like you're describing. sounds to me like an airleak!
