anyone know anything about it or done it?

Im currently the laziest badger known to man possbily but i have set myself the challenge to complete this by the time im 22 so i have a year to get fit and do it

I will probably try and get some sponsors/money for a charity as then it gives me another bit of motivation to do it other than to actually get fit .

so anyone know anything about it (havent really done any research about it yet).

one question i do have lol is. is there any actual mountain climbing as such or is it just a walk up a steep hill haha.

Suggested timing on the website -
quote:

5pm Start Ben Nevis.
10pm Finish Ben Nevis and start drive to Scafell Pike (seven hour drive).
5am Arrive and start climbing Scafell Pike
10am Finish Scafell Pike and start drive to Snowdon (three hour drive).
1pm Arrive and start climbing Snowdon
5pm Finish Snowdon, and complete challenge

do the yorkshire 3 peaks many times over good training etc,

its hard and theres more chance of injury oing national due to doing excessive walking then cramped up for 3/4 hurs then cramped up again etc

i personally want to do it but not fit enough yet 24hours is the usual aim for it though where as the yorkshire one is 12 (easily done)

My mate did this about a month ago to raise money for the breast cancer campaign. All 3 in 24hrs.

He's not mega fit and he did it no problem at all. One of the peaks they had to do in the pitch dark and pissing rain
