After waiting about 4 weeks to finally get this sorted out, got the keys on Monday, its in Halewood about 5 mins from Ste's "New Flat" on here. Bit of a pain in the arse really cause its came 5 days before my holiday so cant move into it for about 3-4 weeks (away for two plus moving in) a whole months rent dead its £495 a month, 2 bedroom. Told the landlord to take out all of the furniture, lamps, tables, shelves etc cause weve got all of our own so ignore them.
Only thing I'm going to do is try and sort the decking as it looks tatty, landlords left the stuff in the shed for it, and paint the two bedrooms, she wasnt happy about me wanting to paint the rooms, but the paints chipped on the grey walls and I dont like them and the spare rooms got winnie the pooh wallpaper! She gave in in the end. Cant wait to just move in now.

Thanks for the comments, I was made up with it for the price so thats why we pushed for it otherwise I was tempted to tell Whitegates to fuck off a few times for taking the piss Starting to move furiniture in today, and then finish it when I get back off holiday, I go Thursday night/Friday morning so doesnt leave me much time. Will get more pictures when I get back off holiday and its more homely...
