to all the people with throttle bodies whats the best way of gettin cold air to them? Two air feeds up the sides to them or rise the bonnet at the hinges so there a gap?

To be honest, you don't really need any sort of air feeds. As soon as the car starts moving the engine bay is pretty much swamped in cold air. Saying that, a cold air feed wouldn't hurt and you could raise the back of the bonnet to help with cooling.
