Looking to do some sort of course after my ALevels so I can join the Force...
Not sure whether to go Uni or to another college.
My sis is at college doing Public services I think.. which will get her into the police force when she passes
Anyone in the Police force then.. if so..which section
any advice you can give me.. like what I can be doing over the next year to gain experience.. like work experience..
Cheers

are you being serious? Do you really expect a serious reply with your reputation on here? (not saying i condone said actions) anyway...its it not a good idea to join specials for a year or so, then move into pcso for a couple of years then join the REAL force? Thats some advice that was given a while back. Although surrey police, now require you to do said course u mentioned

I met some people from Exeter yesterday, you probably know them, they were lying in the middle of the road trying to make cars pull over.

yeah.. my sis done something like that
She went to visit the cells.. and had to interview some of the prisoners..so my sis (20), another volunteer (70) and a member of the staff went to the first cell.. the member of staff had to ask the prisoner if she knew my sis or the old matey... if he did then they couldn't interview him... so the member of staff said to the prisoner
'do you know any of these 2?'
He replied
'Yes, she is my mum, and he is my dad!'

Give your local stations a phone and ask them if they can provide you with any information about training to be an officer, best thing to do
