can a dizzy head be fitted to a dizzyless block ?

ive been offerd an early coscast head but its from a dizzy model and i have a coilpack engine is there away around it so i can carry on using the coilpack?

iirc the mounts for the coilpack won't be there but you could probably make something up. Can't remember if there are any other differences

im worried about the exhaust cam? mate says thats what runs the dizzy so i thought about chucking in my coil exhaust cam in but are the diffrent lengths?

dizzyless engine does have a shorter cam

just fit the dispac exhaust cam. job done

so i can use dispack cam but just mount the coilpack with a wee bracket
