a choke cable
fuel pump or FPR
bogg bro's do a throttle cable already cut/fitted for size
and basically, you're off
a dizzy can run the timing side of things, so you won't need management, so basically just leave the ECU plug on the r1 carbs alone

if you get the ignition side of it done...its not too bad.
i'm currently running an SEH on R1's, and im swapping to an XE at the end of the month...
with the manifold sorted...you need a suitable dizzy set-up, and coil.
the throttle cable is simply a bicycle brake cable...with a stop screw at the pedal.
your fuel system needs a pressure regulator in the engine bay...although i have used 2. A filter king reg takes the huge injection pressure down to about 5psi, and then a small sytec one reduces it to the required 3psi for the carbs. You will need threaded adaptors to go onto the car's fuel lines (about £2 from tweeks).
Then you just have to get it all on and get the carbs set-up. The whole setup will likely cost about £500 inc carbs...
