Can be done but takes time, and plenty of patience needed. Not easy at all but can be done, and can save you a lot of money.
Best option is to take more time to actually remove the windows and then put the tint on and cut the excess off later.

only problem with cutting excess off later is u can get left with creases due to water seeping back in off the excess... anyone who's tinted will know what i mean... i found it easier to cut excess once i hace pushed all bubbles i can out....

What I eamnt was getting all the windows out, mate did it but a friend of his had all the kit to get em out and back in easy.
What he did was get the window out, then put the tint over the top, cut all the excess off, then but the rubber surround on the windows to seal it in, on the winding windows he heat sealed the edges onto the window so nothing could get in. This was all after it had all the water and air out.

I think anything is legal on the back windscreen. I failed MOT for the fronts being too dark but the rears were all ok. Laws may be different here though in Northern Ireland.
Is it tough to do the front tints again and is a special kit needed to get rid of bubbles and creases? I just took off the fronts and teh sunstrip on the windscreen.
