What is the smallest gm wheel I can fit over 2lirte brakes ?
I quite like the look of the gsi 14's and the 3 spoke sport wheels but not sure if they will fit

Both wheels will fit over the 2.0 brakes.

Nope, as the diameter of the discs is exactly the same as the standard GSI and 1.6 Sport brakes - they are thicker discs though, and have better callipers

Nope, all the 1.4's and below use 236mm diameter, but the 1.6's use 256 x 20mm, where as the Vectra/Cavalier/Calibra etc 2.0 brakes use 256 x 24mm.

The thickness of the disc helps with cooling, but the calliper is much better - IIRC, the pad area is larger with the 2.0 brakes.
