Yeah I do. Just seems such a natural thing to do, and once they are on you dont even know they are there so Ive no idea why people dont bother wearing them.

what it was is was in my mates car last night police pulled him took him in the car he came back with a ticket and he said they said to him he had a choice get done for no seatbelt or for been on fone.. so he said no seatbelt my mate said he just got a £60 fine which i dint believe i always thought it was a case of points aswell..

Belt is only a fine, 100%.

Why the fuck they'd give him the choice when they were going to do him anyway (not exactly going to save them anytime) I do not know

£30 fixed penalty fine, no points.

Im used to driving vans and tippers with no seatbelts in them so often forget to put one on.

they did that to a blokey at work in his work van. he is quite old, and has been driving since before seat belts were mandatory (not an excuse i know), got pulled for speeding (35 in 30). the copper gave him the choice of 60£ for no belt, or get done for speeding. he choose the fine for no belts lol

I love it when I see someone do something obviously stupid and they then try to make out they are stretching or something like that

That's the best one when you beep at someone for a chuckle and they start to wave, then start stroking their hair when they realise they've no connection with the person who beeped them.
