ive got a good idea just want a bit of advice really never changed these before useage of gasket sealent?

take belt off, take cam pulleys off, slacken cam caps until can get old cam seal out, put new ones on, torque up cam caps re fit cam pulleys and cam belt. sometimes they will come out without slackening the cam caps then gently tap the new ones into place with a big ass socket.

Put a screw 1 or 2 turns in the old cam seal, just enough to grip it, the seal should pull out without loosening the cam caps. Then as nic said use a big ass socket to put new seals in

good idea with the screws m8 i used a little flat dumpy diddnt even need the rocker cover of no leeks now thanks lads
