would you ring one of these companies if you had a accident whilst cycling on a cycle path? there is a 1 inch difference between the tarmac and some block work on a path near me that i didnt notice when cycling into town and it took me off balance and i've ended up with a big scrape down my arm and tore one of my finger nails off. or am i adding to the ever growing list of scroungers and moaners in this country?

I think its more for people who fell over on wet floor and lost both arms and both legs.

Not a scrape on an arm and breaking a nail. I could be wrong though, give it a go

Some balls.

What a wimp! You fall off your bike, scrape your arm and lose a fingernail and you're looking for compensation

What a joke!

i want my fingernail back! the others dont know what to do without him. just think, when i have kids and im teaching them how to count on my fingers and one of them is missing a nail. they might disown me. all because i couldnt afford plastic surgery for a new nail because i didnt claim compensation.
