i orderd an omp half cage..with removable diagonal..when it arrived 2and half months (late)
because omp take a month in aug off that i also wasnt told about.... it came with a welded in diagonal..
now they say because they had to order it they wont return it..
even though i specificaly asked for it to be removable!!

was there anything written in their terms about it at the time of purchase? contact the citizens advice bureau for advice on this.

i going to do just that and mabe trade and standards..

yes mate..i wrote a letter adresed to the main dude and it was sorted out within about 2mins of speaking to his ritehand man if you know wot i mean..
bypassing the shity customer service arseholes
