As in 256mm 2ltr brakes? Don't think so. I made the mistake of taking a wheel off before realising, when I offered the steely up, that it was never happening.

I'm 90% sure it was with 2.0 brakes, just that I've got V6 stuff on now. Hopefully someone will be able to give you a definate answer.

What size are GSi alloys? Even if they're 14" they'll have more clearance than steelies.

thge only 14" wheels i ever had problems fitting over the 256mm calipers was nova sr wheels, ive ran 256mm with sri/sport 14s and on my gsi i had the standard wheels on with 256mm brakes

hmm I had a mk3 astra spare wheel and could have sworn it didn't go over them. Must have been the V6's.
