Decided that its about time me and the misus joined the ladder as to say! Had an offer accepted and all the paper work signed, just waiting now.
Ended up looking at a property that was out of our price range (at the very top) as the estate agents advised us it might go for a bit less.
3 bed, Garage, Driveway for 2 cars (Can be 3 if add the front shingle garden) Large conservatory, Front, rear and side garden, Laminate flooring throughout the house, Downstairs toilet and hall way, Few electrical appliances chucked in.
We ended up getting it for 40K less than what it joined the market at back in March, so a liitle bit happy at that
House needs a bit of updating inside, just cosmetic though so not to much work., but then we are not bothered about that as we would make it our own anyway.
Not great pics (few i got and a few from the website) but will get some once we have the keys.
Gonna put a door into the garage from the garden i think.
So will update the thread as she takes shape!

Lovely place for a FTB! We are living in a newbuild rented like that, now weve got 3 beds and a garage (even though theres only 2 of us ) I dont think we could downsize when we end up buying.
The decor isnt really that bad tbh, I could live in that no problem. Well sized kitchen too, can never have a big enough kitchen

Yeah it doesnt really need much doing, but tbh we will strip the hole place down and start with a blank canvas as to say!
Having the laminate flooring is a bonus as we wont have to worry about carpets for a while!
Cheers

Paying 150, But the going rate of 2 Bed terrace with a garage is about 150 down here so im pretty chuffed.
We looked at much smaller places for more money! just glad the estate agent gave us a tip off
Yeah cant really wait to get the keys, although were in no rush to move in so will probally spend the best part of Oct cleaning it up and decorating then move in once were happy.

Good little pad that, well done Spencer!
Just a little tip though, never really read too much into this categorising of price in accordance of how many bedrooms it has, pay for the square footage of the place rather than how many bedrooms it has.

Take the fence down and put the fence back up between your garage and neighbours garage makes it bit more private then won't really need the door, and can see the car in driveway from window etc.
Very nice place and good price.
