may be a long shot but just wanted to know if a set of 4 stud bmw alpina alloys would fit a corsa gsi? they are 17 x 7.5 4x100
probs a stupid question but i have a brand new set and wondered if they would fit

Would be too wide I'd have thought, don't think the offset would be close to being right either.
People have problems of their tyres rubbing on suspension with 6J wheels, I'm not sure if 7.5J would actually go on

I can't really see it, I've got 16x7j, ET49 and there's literally 1-2mm clearance on the front shocks so they'd need to be a fairly low offset to push them out a bit to miss the shocks but then it'd be likely to rub on the arches, especially with 17s.

ok cheers for the replies, i wont be giving this a go, seems way to much hassle with 17s
may save up for a set of 16's instead
