I've been sorting out claiming for job seekers allowance, and i must have spent about 2-2 1/2 hours on the phone to fucking chimps.
And i still don't have a claim yet after missing 2 interviews because they gave me wrong times, and now i have to fucking claim again. Fucking children who have no vocabulary would be able to help more than those fucking idiots!

Girl that rents my spare room out is on JSA, tried to stop her from recieving it as she didnt go to an interview they arranged after she told them she couldnt travel to work in southend everyday by train. It would cost more than she'd potentially be earning.
When it runs smooth its fine, but obviously when it goes wrong they are reluctant to pay out.
So now we spend every evening calling up places and asking for jobs, dread to see my phone bill end of the month
