Its a diesel intercooler for starters, the cores the wrong size (iirc) its good in a space saving environment i guess, but hardly ideal. Second hand ones go for silly money so i would sack the idea off and get forge or pace to build you one. Proper job.

Id use any universal one off ebay. You'll probably be able to find one near enough to the size of your specifications. Had one on my Corsa Turbo and even with Phase 3.5 worked perfectly. Very cheap to buy also.

I can get you the part no. off mine shaun if you aint got it yet, thats the problem i had gettin outlets at the back, let me know if you need it as said though good for 300 bhp

Lets be honest though. 300bhp sounds fantastic till you have it, then you'll always want more. May as well build so you wont need to change again.

vauxhall car parts said they should be able to get me one if they had a part number.

local vaux dealer wouldnt give me it over the fone

rich's should do the job, just waiting on a pic
