What are they like on sizing? I'm someone who usually goes for S for t shirts... jumpers/jacket are split between S/M as I guess they should be a bit bigger. This is the jacket I'm thinking of getting...

http://www.asos.com/Superdry/Superdry-Jermyn-Street-Trench-Coat/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=700761&cid=3606&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=200&sort=3&clr=Black

Even though it's out of stock since this morning! but hopefully it will come back or I can go searching for actual shops that sell it (been a while since I've been in a real shop)

My back up plan was...

http://www.asos.com/Asosman/Asos-Limited-1-Of-100-Check-Duffle/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=705448&cid=6668&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Grey

But I think I might get sick of it after a while lol. Any other ideas for smartish jackets?

Wow that second one is shocking!

Superdry tend to be a bit smaller fitting than your normal size, IMO anyway.

They are tight fitting but thats how they are meant to be so I still get large like I would with any other brand and they fit perfectly!

Well, after a bit of google searching, it seems that jacket is out of stock everywhere... even direct from Superdry. The only shop I can think of near me that sells it is House of Fraser but they don't have it on their website, fail

I just liked the second one because it's different... but tbh I like wear mad scarf's in the winter, so think I'd be better off with a plain jacket. Oh well, back to the drawing board I guess. Maybe I can make it through winter with just jumpers

I usually wear medium or large from most makes, I tend to find medium from Superdry is absolutely fine for me. Fits a lot better than a lot of other makes. It is all quite skinny fit though.

Great. Although I'm not driving 100 miles for a jacket... but if you fancy popping in there for me to see if it exists, I'll send you a Haribo of your choice.

Yeah the small are quite small but I find they do tend to shrink slightly after a wash so you might be wanting a medium for it to be a good fit in the future.

sizes always seem on the small size, and they do shrink after washing.

You are in a large Ben? What was the issue? Not long enough?

I was in a small until recently and medium is just perfect.

That's odd... it's like almost exactly the same website as the actual Superdry one.

I've got the black label windcheater jacket, it's a slim fit I'd say. If you want a loose fit, go a size up from normal.
