Sick of living with the parents, so moving into new house on friday Lots of pics! Will take some indoor at weekend, but here's some of outside, the views, the land etc. Got 6 acres I think, so moving couple my horses there for winter. Also have the barn, stables etc. Inside is stunning beyond words, proper Argar (sp?), underfloor heating etc, and I personally like the long private driveway with 2 gates! Pics galore, but in a slightly random order!:

Are you minted by any chance?! Looks pretty nice, although more pics of the inside of the house rather than just the outside would be good lol.

So £440 in total?

I presume you know the owner or something as thats wayyyyyyyy too cheap surely?

In fact, I know when my sister has rented stables for her horses before she has paid nearly that a month for 2.

Im oop north, and I know somewhere like that should be costing maybe 3x (if not a lot more) per month than you're paying between you.

As you say, 6 horses at £60 a month is more than you're going to pay for this - those sums dont add up.

No, dont get me wrong the place looks amazing and I wouldnt look a gift horse in the mouth if I got offered it for what is pittance a month for what it is.

Id be sure to make sure everything is above board though as some things can often sound too good to be true.

Im not just talking the house being OK, I mean the lease, insurances, etc.

You dont want to get fucked over come 6 months on something that could cost you 1000's.
